Since its establishment in 1972, NIHON MECCS has been engaged in building maintenance and preservation work for the NTT Group and many other clients. During this time, we have accumulated a variety of experience, including a nationwide coverage system, a 24/365 support system, and expertise in maintenance proposals and construction work without leaving. Since January 2020, we have become a subsidiary of NTT FACILITIES, and as an NTT Group company, we are contributing to society by making use of our various experiences. Our current company name, NIHON MECCS, which we adopted in 1992, the 20th anniversary of our founding, is derived from the initial letters of Maintenance, Engineering, Consultation, Construction, and Service, and expresses the direction we are aiming for.

The corporate philosophy of NIHON MECCS, Lifetime Support for Buildings, is based on the idea of contributing to the sustainable development of society by deep understanding, appropriate maintenance, and increasing the value of buildings. We are committed to continuously improving our technical expertise, challenging the evolution and innovation of our business, and consistently delivering value that exceeds our customers’ expectations. To achieve this, we focus on our field operations, considering our employees as the backbone of the company. Our daily work is performed by the fundamental principles of sincerity, fellowship, and challenging and accomplishment.

Today, we are facing societal issues, such as an aging infrastructure, declining birth rates, global epidemics of infectious disease outbreaks, and worldwide environmental issues. In the course of our building-related operations, we aim to solve these diverse challenges, generate innovative solutions, and continue to be a company that creates new value and then contribute to society.
